Greater Health Tea began in London in October 2021 when a mother and her daughter decided to turn their love of tea into something more. What started as a small Etsy shop has blossomed into our very own tea brand - a space where love, passion and connection come together.

How should I store my loose leaf tea?

Keep your tea in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Our paper tubes are foil-lined to help your tea stay fresher for longer.

What's the best way to brew loose leaf tea?

Different teas will have slightly different brewing requirements, but a general rule of thumb

1) Measure 1 rounded tablespoon of loose leaf tea into the boiled fresh water.

2) Steep for 3-5 minutes (or longer)

3) Strain and Enjoy!

What makes GHT loose leaf tea different to tea bags?

Most tea bags contain dust and fannings—leftover leaf fragments that lose essential oils quickly, delivering weaker flavour. Tea bags are also known to release millions of microplastics into every cup!

Our loose leaf tea is made with the whole leaf, this means that you get all the flavour and the benefit that the tea has to offer.
